Heroes in the Home Caregiver Recognition Awards 2012
The Mississauga Halton Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) 2012 Heroes in the Home Caregiver Recognition Awards celebrate paid and unpaid caregivers who dedicate themselves to helping others. A caregiver can be a family member, friend, case manager, volunteer, health care professional, etc. Caregivers are those who dedicate their time and kindness in order to help someone live a fuller life, despite the limitation of age, illness or disability.
The Mississauga Halton Community Care Access Centre (MH CCAC) wishes to recognize and celebrate special individuals who give their time and care in order to help others who need support within their communities.
